About Harsh.

For nine-plus years I have worked inside startups where strategy meets execution: launching products, running operations, and building the models and dashboards a business is steered by.

I have done it across packaging e-commerce, industrial IoT, a design studio and a family office's portfolio, from winning the first 50 customers for a new product to doubling a studio's revenue by restructuring sales and delivery.

I am completing an MBA in marketing and operations at MDI Gurgaon, and I work with a small number of founders at a time. If you have a hard, ambiguous problem and want someone who will build the answer with you, I would like to hear about it.

Full background

Before we talk.

Anything else, ask on the intro call.

Who do you work with?

Mostly seed to Series A founders who are launching a product, preparing to raise, or scaling a D2C brand. I also work with family offices and SMEs that need KPIs and a steady review rhythm.

How much time can you give?

I work with a small number of founders at a time, and we agree the hours, response times and meeting rhythm before we start. Most work is structured so it runs on written plans and shared dashboards rather than constant availability.

How does pricing work?

After a free intro call you get a fixed quote for a defined scope, or a monthly fee for ongoing founder's-office work. Nothing starts until the scope and price are agreed in writing.

What is the best first step?

A short, scoped sprint: diagnose the problem, prioritise the options and recommend a plan. It is a low-commitment way to find out whether a longer engagement makes sense.

Do you work with teams outside India?

Yes. I am based in Gurugram and work remotely. My go-to-market planning work has covered US and UK market entry.
